Another oldie, from a roadtrip through Quebec. We started out from toronto and went up along lake Ontario through to Montreal, and then continued along the way through the Laurentians (seen here) all the way to Tadoussac (with the obligatary whale-watching boat ride) and then inland until we reached Chicoutimi and then back down to Montreal. It was in the second week of July here and we had a couple of days of moody cold rain with the temperatures hovering just above freezing for those days.
This was the trip when I tried my very first HDR shots, back when it was just about to become all the rage. I was still shooting jpg’s, three exposures +2/0/-2, without a tripod and then photomatix to blend. I think that went on for a while, and i used to very much like it when it was waaaay too much HDR’ish, but tastes change.
