I had the pleasure in 2019 and 2020 to organize a trip to the Danish capital, in order to visit the famous Middelgrunden Offshore Windfarm, off the coast of Copenhagen, with one of my grade 10 classes. We had a lot of really great visits, led by our engineer-guide Julia, who herself works at a start-up working on wave-energy.

It was a great trip which i tried to do again a couple of times, but was thwarted becuase of Covid. Hopefully we will get to do it again next year.
