Brittany, one of the more unique and beautiful regions in France, has a northern coast situated where the North Atlantic meets “La Manche” (the English channel to the Brits). It is a long coast, beautiful, rocky at places and long gorgeous flat sand beaches in other spots, with tides that flow strongly in and out sometimes hundreds of meters. This is what sunset often looks like, in this case at the end of summer.
